Effective Date: July 1, 2026

Scope: All Client Inquiries, Instruction, and Case Submissions

1. Purpose and Overview

In the fields of professional process serving and private intelligence investigations, accuracy, verifiability, and strict adherence to legal compliance are paramount. The emergence of automated systems and Large Language Models (LLMs) has introduced operational risks related to factual inaccuracies, omitted context, and artificial formatting that complicates legal case handling.

This Acceptable AI Use Policy establishes clear mandates regarding how artificial intelligence tools may and may not be utilised when formatting, drafting, or submitting instruction to our company. Our goal is to ensure that all case details remain legally reliable, human-verified, and operationally actionable.

2. Human Verification Requirement

We do not categorically prohibit our clients or legal representatives from utilising AI models (such as ChatGPT, Claude, or open-source equivalents) as drafting assistants or tools to help organise thoughts. However, we enforce a strict human-in-the-loop validation process:

Mandatory Standard: Any text, background narrative, or timeline generated or influenced by an AI model MUST be completely reviewed, edited, and humanly checked by the individual submitting the request before it is sent to us.

3. Prohibited Submissions (Unchecked AI Text)

We strictly refuse to accept raw, unverified, or bulk-pasted AI outputs. Instructions that exhibit the following characteristics will be treated as automated spam and discarded without formal review or acknowledgment:

  • Raw Prompt Deliverables: Instruction sets that include visible systemic prompts, artificial greetings, or generic boilerplate text typically produced by generative engines.

  • Factual Hallucinations: Inquiries containing contradictory metadata, fictionalized legal citations, or ambiguous geographical timelines generated by automated tools.

  • Anonymized Outlines: Explanatory text that lacks specific, human-witnessed details, verifiable targets, or unique case variables essential for operational dispatch.

4. Rationale for This Policy

This standard is enforced to protect the integrity of your legal matters. Private investigations and process serving require absolute precision. Automated text models routinely introduce errors, miss vital contextual subtleties, or inadvertently leak sensitive private text into public AI training datasets, compromising confidentiality before an investigation even begins.

5. Compliance and Enforcement

By checking our submission boxes, interacting with our digital web forms, or transmitting direct electronic mail instructions to our office, you explicitly affirm that all instructions provided are either entirely human-authored or have undergone comprehensive human verification and factual auditing. We reserve the right to immediately terminate any client onboarding process or cancel active intake requests found to be in violation of these terms.
