We provide legal aid process serving across London, adhering to the approved Legal Aid Agency (LAA) rates.
This £18.40 per hour with expenses under Schedule 5 of the Civil Legal Aid Remuneration Regulations 2013. Our Invoices will have a breakdown of time and expenses.
While legal aid rates are discounted from our standard fees, as an agency we continue to support legal aid instructions and have a process server enquiry agent to carry out matters that are legal aid funded.
Law firms should make in known to us on initial enquiry that their client is in receipt of legal aid funding.
