Arranging a Process Server in

SUBMIT AN ENQUIRY
Submit an enquiry or Instruct Online via our portal. We typically reply by email within 1 hour throughout business hours

INSTRUCTION
Provide the papers for service, the address and contact details and any relevant service directions.

PAYMENT
For new client accounts we will send an invoice for immediate payment.
04.
AGENT ALLOCATION
Your matter will be allocated to a local process server for service.
05.
SERVICE ATTEMPTS ARE ARRANGED
A process server attends the relevant address and makes the agreed attempts at service.
We provide updates to the instructing party where possible.
06.
PROOF OF SERVICE
When service has taken place or been exhausted. We provide a signed certificate or statement of service.
